Junior Project Coordinator
Pay Range: $26 – $36 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: FULL- TIME
Hybrid Office/Home: Monday through Friday. Starting full time in the office until qualified for hybrid schedule.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Skills and Qualifications:
This full-time position requires a degree in construction management or a related field, with at least two years of schooling. As an entry-level project administrator, you will schedule inspections, manage bid requests, and coordinate subcontractors.
Experience in trades such as framing, electrical, concrete, plumbing, or HVAC is necessary.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills
Desire to learn and move up in a fast growing company
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to access and navigate all areas of construction sites.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
